If you have gigabit internet and you want consistent speeds over 900mb/s get this cable. I’ve speed-tested it multiple times and it stands true to its specifications. If you really want a high quality ethernet cable please look no further.

I had originally invested in a pair of Amazon Basics cables for my home router setup. Noticed within about 2 weeks, my PC was randomly losing connectivity. Turned out the connector for the AB cable was already going.Replaced it with this from Monoprice ... which, honestly, I should have done to begin with. Have NEVER had problems with Monoprice cables. They are always well built, well, shielded, and do what they're supposed to do.So far it's working perfectly and I expect it to continue to.

Can't verify speed but connection is secure.

I got two of these just in case one didn't work. They both work great. Nice thick cables. I was going to use both of them to connect to my router (which I hadn't bought yet) but it doesn't support channel bonding (nor do I need it too, my plan doesn't hit those speeds). I tested both and the speeds were the same through them. I've not ever had any problems with Monoprice gear as of yet. These are good cables.

I needed a short (1 foot) patch to go between routers. The Monoprice cables are low cost but well made. Does exactly what it should. Only potential gripe is the cable is quite stiff, though for longer lengths this shouldn't be much of an issue. I just needed to make connection in a tight place and a little more flex would have made it a little easier.

Work well

I bought a 65 inch Sony TV, and wanted the best internet cable available to run on. This seems to be the newest cable and it's from a reliable source, Monoprice. The only reason why I went to Amazon instead of Monoprice directly was for the two-day free shipping that I have as a Prime member. It would have been roughly about the same price delivered either way, but would have taken Monoprice a lot longer to deliver them under their basic shipping. Any faster shipping thru them costs a LOT. Anyway, this 50 foot cable works pretty well. I don't have any measuring tools to substantiate this claim, but it does feel to run a bit faster on my new TV, as opposed to my other TVs that have cat 5E cable running on those. One day I'll buy more cat 7 cables and replace those CAT 5Es on the other TVs, and I'll probably return here to buy them.

This short patch cable was important to link a router with a switch close by. This link was the weakest in my network, no it has been resolved by using CAT7. My router didnt have a fiber link to the switch.

These cables are of exceptional quality and give the best performance so far of any I have bought before. Would buy again
