Wonderful Recipies!
The smoothie recipes in this book are delightful and easy to make. I have found that my blender requires more liquid than what is written for the smoothies in this book, but that is OK with me.

I started at the beginning of the book and I'm slowly making my way through all the recipes. Even the ones that sound not so appetizing may surprise you.

Not sure about this book
Jury is definitely still out on this recipe book. The carbs and extra sugar in these recipes is way high. Just looking at the content, I'm not sure how you could loose weight drinking these smoothies. Granted I'm not a physician and I know fruit sugars tend to burn quickly but, I think it's really to high.

Only been using it a week but there are plenty of smoothie options and healthy meals to build a plan no matter how picky an eater you are.

Good recipes....however....
The recipes are good. But, servings are pretty sparse on some of them. For example, the Sweet & Spicy Tropical Smoothie has only 2 Tbsp of coconut water and some frozen pineapple with the spices. The serving was extremely small. Also, Strawberry-Avocado Refresher, same problem. Strawberries, avocado and frozen banana and some ice? Not enough liquid to actually make a smoothie. I have had to tweak some of the recipes to actually look like a serving in a glass. They are good, but not nearly enough to call it a "meal". No wonder you can lose weight on this plan. Also, the nutritional information is WAY off. For example, the Cocoa-Almond Smoothie is supposed to have 28 grams of fiber. I calculated it and it has 8 grams of fiber at best. Not sure who was coming up with this information but they need to do their homework.
