This is a great item. The water tastes great. If you follow the instructions, you shouldn’t have any problems. Filters really fast. Water flow is fast. My wife and I drink a lot of water and fill up our half gallon water bottles daily before going to work and before bed. We also drink it throught the day. I also use it for my dogs water and to rehydrate his food. Bought on 5/20/2025 and now 7/11/2025 the indicator is showing that i need to replace filter which makes sense with all the water we drink. Still taste good and very clear. Holds a lot of water and easy to handle.

I purchased the Waterdrop Alkaline Water Filter Dispenser to provide healthier, better-tasting water for my family, and I’ve been genuinely pleased with its performance. The 40-cup capacity is perfect for regular use, and I’m not constantly refilling it like with smaller pitchers. Setup was simple and the included filter fit smoothly right out of the box. The water tastes noticeably fresher and cleaner, and I like knowing it’s filtered to be toxin-free and alkaline, with a pH up to 9.5. The dispenser’s design is sturdy, easy to fill, and the spout doesn’t leak or drip. I also appreciate that it’s BPA-free and holds up well to everyday use on my countertop or in the fridge. We are loving our new Waterdrop water filter which we keep in the refrigerator. We use tap water to fill the unit but Waterdrop's filter does such a good job that the water doesn't taste like tap water. We are filling it constantly which is not inconvenient because I just remind myself of how many trips I had to make to a water station to fill the 3 gallon jugs of water. I don't have to drive in the hot Tucson weather, carry heavy 3 gallon jugs, make sure that I have dollar bills and/or quarters (sometimes I lose some dollars and quarters because the machine eats my money.) Then after I get home, now the jugs have to be brought into the house. Not done yet.....then the jug has to be flipped onto the water cooler. I'm 74 and all that is very inconvenient! I don't remove the Waterdrop container from the frig. I open the top of the container and I use a 2 quart pitcher with a long-nose funnel to fill the container. Works perfectly!! Using since 2021 - love it. Fits perfectly in the fridge and hold the most possible water for its size and shape.The filters can be a hassle and need a redesign - the filtering flow almost never comes out of both holes at once and it frequently slows to a slow drip out of only one hole. The solution is to take out the filter and shake it which I do every other time I fill the pitcher. It can be very annoying to fill the top tray and have only the slowest drip come out meaning you have to dump the water to shake the filter. Some replacement filters have been more problematic than others but they all have issues.Waterdrop's customer service has been amazing - for the third time the filter life indicator light unit has stopped working and they have sent me out replacements quickly each time, the most recent rep Harper went above and beyond to fix the issue. Clearly this light unit needs a redesign as well as it obviously eventually leaks and takes on water ruining it.Despite these issues this pitcher is still the best and one of the only options of its kind that holds such a large volume of water in the fridge.

Love it! Easy to use, fits right in the fridge on any shelf, holds lots of water. Wish I bought it sooner!

Great Purchase! Fast and Easy! Just fill and Refrigerate! Bought to eliminate the chlorine in my tap water. Fill the top 2x's and you will have plenty of water for two people in 24 hours! Water tastes perfect. The spigot is very tight and leak proof, feels like a great quality that will last a long time. When time to refill take out the filter, shake it, and rinse and this will make it work to top performance. Easy to carry to the sink, fill and back to the Refrigerator. Way easier than carrying gallon jugs from the grocery store! Highly recommended!

Easy to use. Holds a lot of water and it’s short enough to fit in my refrigerator and sit on the shelf. It filters water fast and you have a cup to drink in less than a minute.

When it works, it works great and filters quickly.The problem appears to be with the design of the water filter placement itself in conjunction with the amount of air/water ratio that is possibly coming from our tap. If the water is poured on the filter it appears to stop working. The design flaw is that the opening on the lid exposes the filter so I have to angle the water flow away from the filters while filling the top tank.The only other complaint is the lid isn't tight nor does it have any sort of seal at all, so when moving the dispenser from the sink to the fridge water often splashes out from the top.
