Will this mount work on a soundbar that only has the keyhole hanger slots on the back?

Description doesn't say how long the brackets are. Need to mount to a 85" TV and need to know the maximum dropdown

I have an 85" UHD 4K TV from Amazon, love it. The bottom mounting screw is 18.5" from bottom of TV. This bracket is about 15" long. If using a wall mounting system, you might be able to use wall system hardware to attach these bars to, then reach past the bottom of TV and then use remaining hardware to hold sound bar. I used all of the notiela hardware for my particular contraption use. Note: the 85" TV is huge, so the 4 mounting screws are big and spaced far apart. Do your research to define all dimensions before buying the correct systems. I'm sure Amazon has all the hardware to make it work for you, it did for me!

What is the weight capacity? up to 30 lbs.? or up to 13 lbs.? There is an inconsistency in the description.
