A: The settings can only be adjusted on the Amcrest Smart Home App. You can access this camera on your PC, however, it will be live view only.

**Q: If using blue iris nvr software, the subscription cloud storage is not required, correct?**
A: it's not required even if you don't use blue iris software.

**Q: Does the amcrest camera allow direct video downloads from the sd card over the wifi to android phone?  thanks**
A: Yes. You have to be connected to the same network to save the contents of the SD card through the app.

**Q: 1. does the camera has the possibility to store video at an ftp server? (my own).
2. are the movements alerts instantly send to my phone?**
A: Possibly. The current way to store personal video is with a memory card and the interface is great.
