Got both exactly as advertised. Brand new, not pre-owned or refurbished.
First of all, I'm aware another person reviewing this product clearly shows he did not receive his GOXLR Stand. Hopefully he gets it sorted out by contacting GearNuts customer service. When I saw his review, I contacted GearNuts right away as my own order has already shipped. They answered me within 30 minutes letting me know the Stand did ship with my GOXLR, which ended up getting delivered the next day. So, if anything, just know the seller's customer service is quick and honest.If you have any doubts about purchasing this listing yourself, simply contact GearNuts as they proved to me they are really responsive.Anyway, the actual products are brand new and thus in perfect condition. So far, I have zero issues.

The problem
If you have experience with sound boards you might be set I had a stream going for a while purchased this and well I had no idea what I was doing vary complex but the sound quality is right on issue is hooking it up to stream labs will take time to figure that out.other than that product is awesome I loved the colors and how it moves by itself when you select a profile it's astonishing.
