works good. i have been better able to fall asleep, stay asleep & wake up a little later--get my 8hrs in... please note that i also take a magnesium supplement that has 3-4 forms of magnesium with this product. i have been taking the mag + product alone for some time which helps yet notice improvement adding this herb product. i do not take melatonin as it does not agree with me. will buy this again

1 doesn't help me. I have take 2 or more to help me. But I'm struggling on getting to sleep

Didn't make me sleep and gave me a gut ache.
So normally, I wouldn't trash an herbal remedy for not working. Such is the nature of nature I suppose. Plus, I've taken enough pharmaceuticals that didn't work (or did the opposite of what they were supposed to) to know that you won't always get what you want out of pills and potions. So the fact that this supplement didn't help me sleep at all wasn't really what bugged me about it. What bugged me were the waves of nausea that quickly made sleeping impossible every time I took it. And yes, I followed the instructions and took the pills with plenty of water (and an hour apart; maybe possible stomach discomfort is why the instructions tell you to split the doses by such a large margin). And to be absolutely sure it was the pills, I took them for a week. Though I will admit that this was due as much to stubbornness (and a hatred of wasting money) as it was to a scientific fervor for personal experimentation. Finally, I got tired of feeling like I was going to throw up every night and just threw the bottle away. I'm not sure what caused this reaction. Could have been any of the herbs I guess. I'll blame the poppy extract. Just because. So anyway, this pill didn't work for me. Not even in the most basic placebo-related sense. I hope other people have more luck with it, but be aware that it might cause some stomach discomfort. Maybe start by taking one and seeing if that causes nausea, then ramp up the dose if you do okay. A winner in my book. I have used this product for years.
One if my favorite sleeping aids. No morning groggies with this one. The key is to take it a bit before you go to bed so it is ready to act, when you want to fall to sleep. It is a nice easy to swallow, medium sized gel caplet.

Deep Sleep is great.
I really like this product. It works well for us and has no drowsy side effects in the morning.
