So I received this product 3/27/18, and I have to admit that I was super apprehensive because most of the prior reviews of this product are negative. I still got it though because the style of the lamp is what I wanted and I couldn't find another floor lamp that has the same style.1.Yes getting the lamp out of the packaging was a bit messy, but I don't think that should negatively affect the the product because it isn't the actual product itself. How else are they going to pack the the freaking thing? It is breakable! I would rather have to clean up the packaging then deal with the seller because it broke.2. Read the freaking description, I think a lot of people had the wrong wattage light bulbs in the lamp and that is why it was overheating so much. It might just be me, but if you put anything above the wattage listed on the product it will probably overheat and possibly cause a fire. THE WATTAGE IS 25 WATTS MAX! It says it everywhere.3. So many people commented on the height of the lamp, saying how it was so short. Let me refer you to my above statement that you should have read the description.4. I think one of the most major complaints I saw was how the glass fixtures don't fit in the lamp sockets perfectly. I put together mine and, I'll admit that it could fit better. It would be fantastic if it fit better, but I didn't get this lamp so that I could have perfect fitting glass fixtures. I got it for the look. If you take some time and adjust the screws so that it is even on all sides and the glass is level then it will look just fine and it will be plenty tight enough. I have dealt with tons of other things from other lamps to overhead lights that you have to do that very thing for, because it doesn't fit perfectly.Overall I would say that it was super easy to put the lamp together and it took me about 5 to 10 minutes alone adjusting the glass around each socket so that it was level. It was worth the time though, because I like the look of the lamp. I don't have to worry about stepping on the foot switch because I just leave it on plugged into an electric switch that is remote controlled. I would say that my least favorite things is how it takes me extra time to set up the glass a top each bulb socket, that the wattage is 25 watts max, and my final thing I didn't like was having to clean the glass because it gets dirty super easy. The plus's though are; the style of the lamp is super cool, being able to use the foot switch if need be, the color does look like the pictures above, easy set up, does the job when a little bit of extra time is taken to make sure it looks nice. Would I buy it again? I would say yes, if I wanted a lamp with the same style.

I took a chance buying these because there are several bad reviews saying they were not straight or had some other issue, but I loved them and they matched my Mason jar style ceiling fan. I'm so glad that I did! I love them and there are no defects. They are slightly shorter than your average floor lamp, but I knew that before purchasing because I paid attention to the measurements. And if I want them taller, I can just put them on some sort of pedestal since they sit behind my to end tables and you can't see the bases anyway.

Love this lamp! This lamp is really nice. It's unique and it has a cool look to it. It was easy to assemble, it literally took about 7 minutes to put it together, and with the right light bulbs it looks incredible. It is a little short for a floor lamp but it's ok. The only thing I don't like about it is that the only way to turn it on is by a foot switch on the floor. I was going to order a second one for behind my couch but I would have to move the couch every time I wanted to turn it on and off.....so be aware that it won't really work well behind a piece of furniture. I would have given it five stars if it had a on/off switch in a normal place.

Quality lamp and really looks great!

When my package arrived, it only had 1 out of 3 glass light covers that it was supposed to have, so I immediately had to return it. Before I packed it back up, I noted the height of the assembled lamp so that I could determine if I wanted to bother trying to order a replacement. I knew it was going to be a shorter style floor lamp and I Noted the measurements before I ordered, but even with the “see it in my room” feature, it’s hard to tell how it’s really going to look in person in your house. It was shorter than any floor lamp I’ve ever seen. I’m 5’3 and it was shorter than me. I would have preferred a tradition floor lamp height. However, I like the style of this lamp. It looks industrial & retro. To me, most floor lamps with multiple lights look cheap or look like something your grandparents would have put next to their recliner chair in the 80’s. I haven’t been able to find anything similar to this style that is taller. I think the height would be ok for where we want to put a floor lamp in our house, but might not work for everyone. When you’re trying to determine if this lamp will look good, just picture a relatively short woman standing where you want to lamp to go and that will give you an idea of the height this lamp is. As others have mentioned, the packaging is horrible - the whole lamp is encased in slabs of styrofoam that look solid, but break into a million pieces when you touch them. I had a huge mess to clean up after I opened it and again after I re-packaged it back up to return it. Little pieces of styrofoam everywhere!

Well my son put this lamp together and threw away the box by the time I got home. I probably would have returned it. Its shorter then I expected but maybe i didnt read dimensions properly. The top of lamp is slightly slanted, enough to drive me crazy!

Even though it's a little shorter than I wanted, I love this lamp! It goes great with my daughter's decor and brightens the room beautifully. It was super easy to assemble, nothing was broken, is sturdy and lovely.

Everything about it was easy and I think it looks great. I bought the flame shaped builds as they didn’t have the old Edison style.
