Should be mandatory equipment for any espresso machine
I"ve installed one on three of my espresso machines and along with the E&B professional baskets my machines can be cleaned by a cloth reducing the need to backflush. Combine with a puck screen and you will have great espresso with minimal cleanup needed.

Helps evenly distribute the water from the brew head
Fits great into my Gaggia Classic Evo Pro. Does the job it is intended for. Good value.

Improves dispersion and resists buildup. Definitely recommend.

Bad batch?
Lot no D625 purchased one and exchanged it and have the same exact issue. The screen is bent/warped out of the box. When you tighten it to the shower plate the edges don't make contact all the way around which causes water to come out the sides. Very frustrating given the cost for a thin stainless disc. Maybe just a bad batch but I won't be buying any more after getting 2 bad ones in a row. The QC on this item just requires a flat surface and a couple seconds to check.

Unreliable / more defects
The media could not be loaded. After reading the reviews I took a chance on the nano screen after already trying the non nano version. On paper this should be a very good screen and alleviate most of OEM Gaggia classic pro/evo dispersion downfalls but falls very short of its hypothetical marks. As you can see in my sub par quality video you can see two different installs and placements of the shower screen. In both (and all) my attempts, there is always a spot where the water doesn’t even pull through and worse off there is “hard water” on the rim of the shower head indicating improper coverage of the shower head holder.Stick with stock gaggia shower or go with the BIT shower head holder and ims screen (not sponsored)

Still apparent quality control issues
Like other reviewers, I received a bent product in a pristine package. Lot number D711. Does not fit flat like it is supposed to when installed, and lets lots of water leak past it.

Doesn't work any better than the OEM screen.
Doesn't help or hurt. It does the job, but it doesn't do it any better than the screen that comes with the Gaggia. If you are serious about improving your shots, get a puck screen instead. Amazon carries quite a few puck screens and I think that one is probably as good as another, but so far I have only used one of them.

Received a bent product even though the packaging was fine
Product was bent on arrival and I read some reviews and a couple of people also had bent products about 2 months ago. Pretty sad to see still getting bent screens
