Speedo Unisex-Child UV Thermal Swimsuit Begin to Swim UPF 50

Kept my slim 8 yo warm during a lesson in a freezing cold pool. The green arms are more like rash guard material, which I liked because I think it's more flexible & comfortable for serious swimming. The full neoprene suits rub my kids under the arms and on the neck, so this was a better option. My kid takes a size 7 slim in clothing and the size 7/8 in this suit is perfect.

Kids loved the look and feel of the suit. Good thickness. Good materials. Quality construction. However the fit was off and we had to return. Suits run short in the torso, and a bit wide. Not a good fit at all for my tall and slim child. Also didn't fit my tall average weight child her well either. Torso too short causing riding up in crotch and rear. When we upped the size, it was way too loose and wide.

This product fits somewhat small, so we ordered the next size. She could use it two years in a row. We really like the idea of this suit 'covering' more of her when this age we live in seems to put less and less on our vulnerable kiddos. Thanks, Speedo, for this great quality suit. A little pricey, but well worth it !

Great wetsuit but fits small so need to really size up. My son is 20 months old, is tall for his age not chubby though, he usually fits a size 3 though so I bought the 3T, however It was very tight when we tried it on will need to size up to a 4T or even 5T to get more wear out of it.

My boy is just fine wearing it. he stays warm but my girl who is really petite does not have enough mass to fill the suit which makes is a bit loose and does not keep her warm.But both kids like to ware it and they can do it themselves.

I have a tall, thin daughter who recently turned 7 and is always cold at her swim lessons. We tried several neoprene suits on and honestly this one had the nicest construction and feel, but it was simply way, WAY too big on her (she weighs 40 lbs). Unfortunately, we couldn't size down for fear it would be much too snug in the crotch. The leg holes are really wide on this so they didn't work with her skinny thighs. I wanted to love this suit, but it just wasn't for us. I am giving it 3 stars because it was higher quality than others we looked at and I am pretty sure that if I had a more average sized child it would work wonderfully.

I loved it. Absolutely amazing. I bought one for my daughter she is 19 months old and she loves use it.

Awesome for any kid that loves the water. We have had a not so hot summer so far and our little one only stays in the pool for about ten minutes or so. We ordered the wetsuit and she will now stay in the pool as long as we do. Awesome buy and highly recommend.
