Beautiful box...but how to open
Very pretty...but how to open it. The box was shipped with no papers, no manufacturer paperwork, and no instructions on how to open. Tried chat with Amazon customer support. refer to ask the manufacture. I click on box for help from manufacture, it goes to Amazon support. Perfect example of a runaround. Take the money and run.

Great little puzzle box very good craftsmanship.
This purchase was perfect in everyway except two scratches / dents on one side im guessing from shipping and im honestly nitpicking ,love it.
