Pinsanity Cute Purple Octopus Enamel Lapel Pin

This looks exactly like it did in the picture. It is lightweight and sturdy, with a rubber back instead of a metal one. The enamel goes all the way to the rim, and the gold details are sharp. I like this happy guy very much.

Definitely a higher quality pin. The backing was one of the high quality backs too. Not sure what they're calling but it's the one that you have to pinch as opposed to the plastic kind that you have to just push/pull on/off.The paint seems to be a good quality paint and the metal itself has, so far, held up quite well. The sealer layer seems a little thin but it's nothing that you couldn't fix yourself for cheap.Overall there's way lower quality pins out there and this is one of the higher end ones.

I was visiting out of state family and wanted to take some small gifts that would be easy to pack as I was flying. One of my nieces is a fan of all sea life and octopi in particular so this seemed like a good option.And she loved it! As soon as I gave it to her, she pinned it on her blouse. If you're shopping for someone who likes a pinback pin and an an octopus, this is perfect.
