Good Quality
It was delivered today, the quality looks good, but I thought the head was a little light weight. Now that I've used it, it's perfect, not light weight at all

Indistructable, but heavy
The wood handle in my shovel broke after years of service, and I thought this fiberglass handle shovel would be a great replacement. It is, but it is quite heavy and clearly intended for professional construction work. If you are digging or cleaning out trenches, it's great. If the homeowner is moving a load of topsoil or mulch, it is very fatiguing. I may replace the wood handle in my old shovel after all for light work.

Sturdy, solid shovel
I took a chance and bought this shovel when it was on sale for about $20. I was pleasantly surprised with the actual shovel. It seems well-made and the handle is solidly attached to the shovel part. I've accidentally left it outside in the New Orleans rain, but it doesn't seem to have affected the wood or the metal. I like that it's curved with that little bit of turned-up metal because it makes it easy to really put pressure on it and dig deep.I use this to fix the holes my dog digs (mainly the really big holes). I also use it to level the dirt if the mud dries unevenly. The shovel is excellent for both skimming a thin layer of dirt from a raised bit and digging deep into the ground. When I first got it, I was surprised to see that the metal was not uniform and had little nicks in it. I played around with it to see if I could intentionally nick it, but I couldn't dent it. So just know in advance that it might not look perfect, but it certainly works. Also, the description says it has a cushion grip, but my handle was just wood without any cushioned part.

Well made shovel but alot shorter when holding
Photo looks like a full sized square shovel with shorter handle. The shovel itself is very small in width and would not move much material. Quality is wonderful for this product and I am a picky shopper. Only keep what is well made and useful. With the short overall length and slimmer width shovel, this would be better fit for a small child to help out in the garden. Or working on elevated veggie beds or something like that. Needed a smaller square shovel for when I need to move snow that is turning to ice and heavy. Will look for same product but in full size.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
