I used these for my theatre costume shop to organize my costumes and make it easier to find pieces. You can write exactly what you need to on them, making this product completely customizable. These work perfectly with any size round closet rod. It would work perfectly for a children's closet to keep organized with different sizes. It can work for whatever your needs are.I used a permanent marker. Make sure whatever you want to write on them that you don't mess up like I did. That can't be changed. (I still made it work, and I could always use a label put over my mistake.) A marker did NOT come with these dividers which to me was not a big deal as I knew I wanted to use a permanent marker so it wouldn't ruin or come off on the clothes/costumes.

I like these because you can label what you want or need. I needed them for kids clothes, teen clothes and all sizes for adults. They work great!

I got tired of trying to look through my clothes when I needed them so I bought these and (now) I can easily see what I've got and what fits me and when I should be wearing it. I have a lot of clothes that I haven't tried on in a long time, some are even new with the tags on so I've sorted my clothes in to the following categories: Dress, Sweaters, Casual, Everyday, Tight / Big, Clothes to Try On. These plastic separators look very nice and work perfectly for my needs. They are very easy to write on and you can use whatever type of separating order you want to use - you are not limited to someone else's idea of how you should sort your clothes. They are, also, very easy to put on the average sized closet rod. I would highly recommend these closet separators!

I'm not super organized, but after I sorted and organized my clothes closet for the zillionth time, I bought these to use as separators between different types of clothes. A small investment to hopefully help me keep things in order. They're easy to slip on & off of the clothes rod, and you can write on them. I didn't go that far -- I just wanted a visual to help me keep things in order. It's been over a month now and so far, so good!

Durable & look & fits well in my closet.However, I preferred the colored ones which helps me immensely.
