It works !!
This is great to manage sugar. But u need to have it 15 min before meal for it to work. Having it in empty stomach gave me heartburn a little. Hence I used to have a glass of milk first and then have 2 caps. After waiting for 15 min I eat my meal. That is the only way I could manage my sugar with these. And obviously 15 min walking after meal helped even more.

Helps me digest
I have used this for at least a year now and have experienced digestive benefits. It has helped me lose a stubborn amount of weight and keep it off. I don’t feel it’s an appetite suppressant but more in the way of helping your digestion flow better. The pills are easy to swallow and are average size. It has been effective for me and I will continue to take it as a supplement.

Neutral stance.
It has shown some results of lowering my glucose. However, this stuff makes me sit on the toilet non stop. I would caution to not jump directly into recommended dosage. But take just 1 per day to start and see what the side effects are. At least that way there's hope that side effects would be on the mild side
