Favorite Balsamic Vinegar!
High quality balsamic vinegar at great price. Not too diluted or tart. Beautiful glass bottle with cork for tight closure ensuring freshness. Vinegar pours more syrupy than other brands. Black gold of health and goodness! Will purchase on a regular basis. Thank you Due Vittorie Oro.

Smooth and a little sweet
This is wonderful balsamic: it's not quite syrupy but close, so it's a little thick, and it has a sweetness to it. Not too much: you know you're tasting vinegar but there is a hint of sweetness. Absolutely lovely. I have acid reflux and this doesn't bother me at all - and I use a lot of it! Salads of course, but I also drizzle it on grilled veggies. Try it! (I should mention: I'm Italian, and I appreciate the adherence to tradition, and craftsmanship that goes into making products our grandparents, and their grandparents used). Enjoy - I've ordered this many times. You can do without the special glass spout: it pours just fine right from the bottle.

Good balsamic vinegar
This is very good IGP grade balsamic vinegar, one of the better IGPs I've tried so far. This is nearly as good as some of the cheaper traditional DOP balsamics I've tried. It is a nice blend of sweet and tart, thick but not overly thick. At this price point, this one is great for every day use. It's great for use in salads, on meats, and of course with imported cheeses.

Delicious balsamic vinegar for salads.
I first tried this balsamic vinegar in Italy at a nice restaurant. In Italy, they usually just leave a bottle of oil and vinegar for you to mix your own on your salad. It’s not too thick or too thin for daily use.

Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar
I recently tried Due Vittorie Oro Gold Balsamic Vinegar, and I’m quite impressed with it. This barrel-aged Modena balsamic vinegar brings a level of quality that stands out in my kitchen. The first thing I noticed was the rich, dark color and the syrupy consistency, which is a hallmark of a good balsamic. The taste is fantastic, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It has a deep, complex flavor with hints of fig and cherry, and a smooth, velvety finish that lingers on the palate. It’s not the best balsamic vinegar I’ve ever had, but it’s fairly high quality and works well for a variety of uses.I’ve used it in salad dressings, drizzled over fresh berries, and even as a finishing touch on grilled meats. It adds a delightful tang and enhances the flavors of whatever dish I pair it with. The barrel aging process really shines through, giving it a nuanced depth that you don’t find in cheaper vinegars.Overall, Due Vittorie Oro Gold is a solid choice if you’re looking for a high-quality balsamic vinegar that won’t break the bank. It may not be the absolute top-tier, but it’s a fantastic addition to any pantry and brings a touch of elegance to everyday meals. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to elevate their culinary creations.

Great flavor
Great flavor. The large bottle should come with a cork pour spout like the smaller ones do. I use this so much that I got the larger bottle but miss the control of the pour spout.Get the product and you will be very pleased.

A great vinegar.. price is getting a bit outa hand.
Balsamic is wonderful... commands a higher price since it takes so long to age... years....of barrel transfers ... and waiting... and waiting some more....years in fact... some 50 to 100 years. But, sadly, the prices for good Balsamic, just can't be justified by some folks. So they settle for some crappy imitation.Don't do it... even if a bit overpriced... this vinegar is just great. So thick... and so flavorful.Don't buy some blended crap... mixed with cheap vinegars. You'll waste your $$$.If you've never tried balsamic before.... this is a wonderful way to start.... you won't be disappointed.I splurge once in awhile.... and when I do.... two bottles of this Balsamic are what I treat myself to.You will not regret your purchase.PS... bottles are neat also.... keep the stopper.... filled with colored water and placed where light shines on them.... so pretty.Ya get a yummy for the tummy and eye candy... win win situation.
