Ok
Horrible to put together!!! The directions are a joke. The screws don’t go in straight and the Allen wrench is useless. I would suggest using real screws. It looks nice once it’s put together, but we’ll never get the canopy off or get it apart. Most of the screws heads were stripped due to the Allen wrench.

soul killing chair
this chair is so unbelievable that I don't even know where to start my advice is do not buy it you will be sorry they didn't send me enough hardware in the first place but it was so difficult to put together even though I borrowed some of my husband's hardware out of his toolbox to try to get it together it requires two people if not three people to try to get it together 10 hours later I was ready to set fire to it because it was so difficult to put together the directions are a few pictures and no words so you get to make a good guess on how to put it together The bars nothing was lining up to where it would fit together properly it really looks like somebody that has no sense designed this chair because it really the pieces would not fit together properly nor did the hardware seem like it matched up either we did finally get it together it is extremely uncomfortable that I bought for my husband who just happens to be very ill and wanted to sit under the shade tree for Father's Day I could not get him out of it and because it sets so low to the ground is so big and so awkward and I couldn't hardly get him in it and when I did it's so extremely uncomfortable and big let alone if you try to fold it up or figure out how to fold it or put it away for storage there is no folding it up or no way to store this big chair it's huge you would require some sort of building to put it in for storage in the winter time you have to unscrew the awning or it will blow away when it should've been easier to take on and off and in case if you wanted some sunshine and you didn't want the awning it's ridiculous to try to take on and off very difficult I really had fantasized about setting it on fire but I did put all the pieces back in the box except I did not give them my hardware my personal hardware that I had to come up with to finish putting the chair together and decided on a refund but it was a lot of work for no reason I was exhausted from trying to put this chair together took two days and two people really could've used a third set of hands only to end up putting it back in the box and getting a refund my devices please be aware and don't waste your time this product is not worth it thank you

Just ok!
I can tell you up front that putting this together took 3 people!! It was not a easy project. My son in law had to bend the poles for the canopy to make them fit because they were bent incorrectly. It is VERY hard to get out of because it is low and the hnd rails are way too long ( I don’t even know why they are there)

Confusing constructions and poor manufacturing
I bought this during the winter and waited until recently to assemble it as the weather is getting nicer. First, there were no instructions in the box. Unfortunately I realized this once I had the entire box of parts laid out all over the place. I had to inquire for them and waited a few days until the manufacturer responded with a downloadable PDF. A PDF that was very confusing to look at with busy, tiny illustrations and no written copy. In spite of this, I forged ahead only to realize that some of the parts were so poorly manufactured, that they didn't fit as they should. Not to mention at least 2 stripped bolt holes. I managed to rig it together using some stuff I had around the house and a lot of bending. Also be aware, this chair had no adjustment, so if you're on the shorter side, like my wife, then the backrest position might not be the most comfortable. Look elsewhere for your comfort and sanity.

Comfortable but very very very difficult to assemble!
The design is attractive but it's not smart. This chair is horrible to take down in a hurry should a storm move in the area. You cannot remove the canopy without tools. Terrible design with no regard for customer to take canopy off should that be necessary. Storms in Virginia come up quick with our high humidity. The dang chair could be windblown into our pool. Since it's heavy, will be hard to move inside by myself.

Not my first choice
If I had to do it all over again, I would not buy this chair. I purchased it because of the umbrella overhang and that is the part that we still do not have assembled because it does not fit together and it’s been two weeks of trying. Very disappointed!!!

Pretty as a picture
Although it looks pretty the canopy does not provide shade due to its height. Assembling it was very difficult specifically because some of the screws did not match up with the holes.

Love this chair
I ageee with the comments concerning the assembly of this chair. It took hours!! In the end the chair is very cool and worth the money in my opinion. I will be buying more.
