These (and a new topper) have helped me sleep again. I love the taste and texture! I do have to take 5 to fall asleep.

I've been taking a low dose melatonin at bedtime for a few years now to help me fall asleep (I'm a 40-something female). The prior brand I was taking helped me fall asleep but not stay asleep, and became regularly out of stock so I decided to try this one. I take 1 gummy instead of the recommended 2. I've been using this product about a month and it helps me fall asleep fast and I sleep hard, I even sleep through the night most nights now which hasn't happened in decades! The downside is even though I am sleeping like a rock, I feel groggy in the mornings which is new since starting this brand. Nothing else in my routine has changed. I'm going to try half of one to see if that makes a difference, or one of their other sleep varieties. So it works but may have an unintended effect!

This is the only thing that helps my husband sleep. I'm sure I could make this combination with using individual supplements, but something about this particular blend from this manufacturer is just magical for him. He says he isn't tired the next morning either.

I like these 3 mg with added calming herbs. Work great. However, I’ve had another brand with same ingredients that tasted much better. These really don’t taste good at all, and they’re a little hard. The other brand tasted good and were much softer, easier to take if needed in the middle of the night. Too much Melatonin gives me a terrific headache; beware of that when you give it to children who can’t tell you. I personally think it shouldn’t be given to kids.

I’ve been taking these gummies for a while now, because I’ve had insomnia for a very long time so I thought what would it hurt. Usually just one 3mg melatonin makes me groggy the next morning but natures made sleep and recovery makes it easier for me to fall asleep, stay asleep and so much easier for me to wake up the next morning feeling rested and refreshed.

Omg these are a life changer! I only need a half of one and I fell asleep within a half hour and stay asleep and wake up refreshed. No hangover or grogginess. I love these!

these KNOCK me OUT. I only really need half of one to get sleepy, so they are going yo last me forever. Definitely worth the price, and they're also yummy and don't have any weird texture! they taste like a welches fruit snack lol
