The question is not, is the music beautiful -- I have answered that already in this review; but does the music work to heal the body? Don Campbell, who compiled and sequenced the music on this CD, has written several books, one called The Mozart Effect, that say yes. The music is beautiful and it absorbed the tinnitus (ringing...or in my case "hissing" in the ears), allowing me to fall asleep easily. I didn't wake up until 7:05 this morning. That is the first full night's sleep I've had in years. I didn't even wake up to use the bathroom! Some might say it was coincidental, but not me.
