18 Gauge 1mm Aluminum Craft Wire, 165 Feet Bendable Metal Wire for Sculpting, Bike Modelling Skeleton Crafting Floral Making, Jewelry Making, Weaving and Wrapping

I bought this to make tiny little chair legs for a craft project. At about £5, it was a really good deal. The wire is well made and the colour is great. It's easy to cut - I used electrical wire cutters rather than craft cutters but a normal pair of scissors would have done the job very easily. I thought 18 gauge/1mm thickness would mean that the wire would be quite stiff but it's very bendy and I probably should have gone for 2mm instead perhaps. Even so, I was pleased with the result and this will be kept in the craft box for future projects.

Very soft doesn’t hold shape, have ended up using for weaving in jewellery, great for that because it’s so soft and bendable.

I only needed a little. It was recommended for attaching a clove of garlic to the top of an aquarium so the roots could help keep the water clean. It made the job easy. This will be a very useful wire for all sorts of projects. Its thin, It’s shiny, non corrosive strong but easy to bend but stiff enough to able to keep the shape you bend it too.

Using this for crafting/jewellery making, works really well, bends very easily and is great for wrapping around stuff, would recommend!

I got the roll in black finish, while looking for something that I could fashion into a small key hook to mount inside a lock box (as well as seeing a use for subsequent projects around the house). This seems perfect - the thickness makes it malleable and easy enough to work with, but gives it some rigidity when doubled over and twisted. I think it's great value. This wire is easy to use bend with your hands and cut with scissors it’s good quality for crafts has a shiny colour and a bit thin functional for crafts but durable enough for simple rings definitely fun for first time wire crafts

I bought this craft wire for soft toys I make - for stand up ears on rabbits. The 1mm gauge is easy to use and works a treat. Happy with purchase.

Très bien, je k'ai pris pour l'art du fll de fer, bon je me suis trompé en prenant du fil trop fin. Mais pas grave, il servia différemment.

Ich habe zur Weihnachtszeit diese Drahtrolle bestellt um Brillen für Weihnachtsmänner her zu stellen;-) Völlig problemlos konnte ich über einen Stift die Brillen formen, ohne Buckel oder Wellen. Lässt sich sehr gut verarbeiten und man hat lange Zeit etwas davon. Topp!
