It barely warms the water, it is completely unusable. Only works if water flow is below 1litre/minute.I doubt this is 3000W rating, the size of the conductors in the mains flex are tiny, look about 3A rating.Was advertised with 1year warranty, but not truePlease dont waste your money.

Easy to install not great when supply temp is low but using for sink in garage so not a major problem also remote control has to be in direct sight of unit not much use when fitted under sink

This heater over the very small wc sink is useless.The flow of water to get the the water to a decent temperature has to be so slow that it takes ages to have enough water in the sink to use.When I can arrange a plumber and electrician I will replace this unit.Do not waste your time and money on this unit.

got this for the kitchen sink as it is a long way from the hot water tank. Added to the hot water line and it does mean that the water starts to flow warm within a few seconds and then heats up fully as the input temperature increases. Saves wasted water as you can at least wash your hands without running the tap for a minute to get warm. Has good display panel showing incoming temperature and output temperature plus flow rate. Remote works from above the sink but not likely to need it as we have it on full setting all the time.

Completely rubbish, as you cannot have over 1.6 bar pressure, the product does not work, and not stated anywhere apart from the instruction manual,I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE........

Not good quality. In order to get water warm enough to wash hands it was necessary to turn the flow rate down so low that there was barely enough water to wash hands! Stopped working within a few days of installation so returned for a refund.
