Bought this to use on my desk. I am new to Peak Design products but I’ll be buying more. I purchased as second one (non-charging) to mount a radar detector in my car and it works well. Adhesion is great and comes with a spare just in case you need to replace it. Thank you!

The Lexus 300h and variants is particularly vexing in terms of finding an iPhone holder that will mount someplace and NOT block the built-in navigation screen. The air vents are on this auto do not have enough louvers to attach the mount of holders designed specifically for air vent installations. And there is precious little surface area to mount a stick-on unit, but this one will fit on the "chrome" plastic bezel surrounding the navigation console. And it sticks just fine. Nice product. Someone is making a huge margin on this given the pricing.

The manufacturing quality of the car wireless charger is top notch. If you follow the installation instructions to the letter it seems it will stay forever attached. The phone, Pixel 7 Pro, attaches using the magnet very securely and the charging is pretty fast. The issue I have with this mount is that it has a very short "neck" which limits where you can install it. In my car I ended up sticking it in a spot where part of the phone screen is obscured by the steering wheel. Far from ideal, but no other spot worked. I wish Peak Design came out with a more "normal" mounting option that will make it work better for most cars.

This is the best phone mounts of the four or five I’ve tried.My 4Runner does not have many appropriate surfaces on which to mount. I chose a small surface below the fan switch. I do have to glance down a bit to see, but on the plus side, there is never any glare on the screen and from outside the car it is practically invisible.I would recommend buying the phone case from the same company. I had a cheap one from a big box store that was difficult to place on the sweet spot

There was no surface on my dashboard curved quite right for the base to attach to, and as such, it just didn't hold well. I've repurposed it for charging at my office desktop.

Like all PD products, this car mount/charger is exquisitely designed and made. The fit and finish is flawless, and it works exactly as described.

I own a Pixel 6 Pro with a Peak Design Everyday Fabric Case. I have 2 Peak Design Mobile Wireless Charging Car Mounts. I installed one in each of my 2 cars. After the phone has been docked on the mount for only 10-15 minutes, the phone becomes extremely hot and stops charging. It's the same in both cars. I cannot use it as a wireless charger. I unplugged the USB-C power cord and just use it as a phone dock. This is very disappointing. I really wanted this to work. Is there a solution?
