This really works. I am using it for an Achilles injury and Wow what a difference in mobility. This definitely reduces pain and helps in mobility. I use it in conjunction with a compression ankle support. This is simple item is worth every penny! It doesn't bulky or constricting at all.

I didn’t want to admit it was my Achilles that was bothering me, but this strap helped as soon as I put it on. Stopped the hurt. Hopefully the swelling will go down in a couple of days too. Works like I cannot believe.

I wish this was made with better material. It slides down regardless if I wear it over socks I not. Otherwise it is a great product.

I reviewed it before as a great product which relieved my Achilles pain and added support on top of of my $180 sneakers. I ended up buying another to take a little fatigue off my other foot. Don’t hesitate the product works. Easy to apply Good material well done.

After I got partial tears in both of my Achilles tendons my doctor said to avoid these. I had bought them because a chiropractor told me to use them for my tendonitis. I did not notice any pain or comfort changes, but I used them anyways thinking the effects might be gradual. Well, I gradually tore both of my Achilles while wearing these on a run. All they do it put more strain on your tendon. The chiropractor said it’s just like tendonitis in the arm (tennis or golfers elbow), then the doctor explained that no it’s not because on your arm you are strapping to a large muscle group. On your leg you are just binding the tendon on its own. I recommend avoiding these unless you want to be out of commission for 6-12 weeks depending on the severity of the injury you get from using them. If you have pain in your Achilles, please see a an orthopedic specialist before injuring yourself more.

My achilles tendonitis pain is not chronic, but last week I had a flare up more painful than I've ever experienced, and it persisted. I bought the Crosstrap because the other achilles tendonitis products looked like the ankle support braces I already own. Despite the convincing good reviews for the Crosstrap, I couldn't ignore the ones that said it didn't work. But for less than $20, I had to give it a shot, albeit skeptically. I measure my ankle at just over 10" and ordered a small. So I was surprised when I first tried it on and it initially appeared it might be too small. So I pulled the straps a bit tighter around my leg and it fits perfectly. It's supposed to stretch, and even when pulling tighter, it's not uncomfortable or cutting off circulation. I took my first couple of steps and noticed a slight improvement but nothing life changing or much better than wearing my ankle brace and shoes. I left the Crosstrap on, and I'm glad I did. After about 10 minutes I realized there was zero pain! I couldn't believe it. There's still some tightness when I move around, but the pain is gone while I was wearing it. Then I took it off to sleep, and the next morning I put my foot on the floor with no pain for the first time in over a week - and I hadn't even put the Crosstrap on yet that day. Getting out of bed and the first steps of the day had been the most painful for me. The pain slowly returned after being on my feet for a couple of minutes in the morning. So I promptly put the Crosstrap back on and within minutes I was pain-free again. Buying the Crosstrap was a huge step in getting me back on my feet. I don't know why it works, but it does.

This I bought for my Achilles tendon support it did support good quality no good it ripped easily and pieces of thread was coming off

It does not hold onto the Achilles and slips upwards, waste of money I wouldn’t recommend

I was looking at super expensive braces for the Achilles tendonitis but decided to see if this unobstrusive and fairly inexpensive gizmon would work. Did it ever, she has bad tendonitis from competitive soccer and now she can both prevent and treat it easily. My achilles tendon was sore and might have kept me up at night but i put it on and within a minute felt instant relief. Cannot recommend enough, it's worth a try!

the strap works great tried the ankle strap was no good for me made my Achilles more sore. I had tried strap for elbow different type same idea worked great. takes a while getting better

en lo personal no me funcionó para nada, lo que sí es que en cuanto compré unas plantillas completas y adicional usé unas para los talones wooooow me dejó de doler, ésto es como todo, prueba y error, seguir buscando hasta que algo nos funcione, así que opino que primero intenten con las plantillas para ajustar bien su calzado y sino pues ya probar con ésto ya que el precio es algo elevado, el material muy sencillo y repito en lo personal a mí no me funcionó
