Do i need more than the recommended 4" beyond waist size if i wear this belt with a 1791 leather owb double mag pouch and an iwb kydex holster?

Since sizes are listed as double considering pants size and 4 sizes more, you would get the 36/40 if you wear 36 in pants. There's no need to account for more space since the sizing already considers that. Hope this helps!

Are these nice thick belts? Tired of buying leather berths that start to collapse after a year or so

1791 Gunleather premium gun belts are made with the full-grain, 14-ounce leather from the topmost layer of hide. We do not sand or treat the leather beyond tanning and dyeing – processes which strengthen the hide and produce a product for working applications.

Is this belt made in the USA ?

I’m not totally sure but it’s made with 100% American Steer Hide. I’m 55 years old and will never have to by another CCW belt for the rest of my life.

Very nice belt

I needed a tan, 1.5” belt ASAP for my trousers. Observed “1791” on Amazon and found this sturdy example that matched my tan shoes. Belt is well made, no flaws, screwed in rivets, informal “1791” logo nicely stamped into the end. Thick, chromed roller buckle easily holds up my pants. Decided to go with this 1/4” thick gun belt to double its use as CCW to casual use w/o holster. It’s nice looking and fits perfectly. They added a nice leather key holder with same 1791 cartouche. Highly recommended.

Great belt, get this one!

Third times a charm! Bought two belts from other companies that held up for less than a month before they began shredding themselves at the buckle area. Looking for a better option, came across this one and read the reviews…the five star reviews are spot on!The belt is cut from a single hide, not two thin strips sewn together. Excellent Leather Work
