Each one arrived unable to even boot up, with the same apparent fatal startup errors. After sending each of them back in disgust, and wasting months on the back and forth ordering, shipping and return process, I decided to order one of these tiny Ouvislite mini PCs instead. It quickly arrived, and came loaded with 16 GBs of RAM, a 512 GB SSD, a fast 8-core processor and a bunch of all the right ports and connectors in a tiny little box, for about half the price of the HP models I'd been trying to buy. Everything about this little midget PC is delightful. It came loaded with Windows 11 Professional (most name brand PCs come with Windows Home), and to my happy surprise, the setup process not only allowed but encouraged me to create the initial admin account as a local account rather than as a Microsoft account, which I have long preferred for security and privacy reasons. Once it was up, it was the fastest PC I've ever used. It's not necessarily intended for huge workloads, but it's more than fast enough to handle any of the things I do on it, including Office applications, and photo and video editing. It's also totally quiet, and so far (three months in) hasn't had any kind of technical issues or problems whatsoever. It's been so good, at such a fantastic price (less than $350), that I decided to replace another family member's PC too. Fast delivery, setup, performance and reliability with the second one has been the same as with the first. I've never heard of Ouvislite, but they've made an impressive product here that seems to be well engineered to combine stellar performance, ease of setup and use, a ridiculously small footprint on the desktop, and a very low, low price. Highly recommended!

Doesn't slows down the operation drastically while running the latest windows. RAM is expandable to 32GB maximum - High HD video including 4K run so smooth without any issues. Have tried YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV, and many online free content providers. HDMI support 4K@30Hz, USB-C Port supports 4K@60Hz, & VGA supports 1080P- Mini-PC runs decently fast even when I do multi-tasking- No issue with web browsing too. I have parallelly used multi-tabs without any issue and playing multiple youtube windows together definitely works as well- It has WIFI (both 2.4 and 5ghz) & Bluetooth 4.2. My Keyboard/Mouse connected works flawlessly via Bluetooth - Multiple I/O ports: 4 USB 3.0 ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, 1 Type-C port, 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, 1 TF card port, 1 HDMI port & 1 VGA port. You can never expect so many ports in a mini PC- This mini-PC supports triple display & hence great for an office room too - Fingerprint biometric on the hardware is a unique feature and it does works accurately all the time & I must admit it is pretty fast - The device itself is very light and portable- Comes with a monitor VESA mount & hardware to place it behind the screen- Licensed version 64bit Windows 11 Professional is pre-installed- Comes with 512 GB M.2 SSD already installed in it. SSD is expandable to 1TB maximum - It doesn't overheat. Thanks to the fan beneath it. I kept it on with video playing for 3+ hours and still went good- You can connect hard disks up to 2TB 2.5-Inch SATA HDD/SSD with this small machine. And even an external SD card reader is there too which supports up to 128GB- Comes with an HDMI cable in the box. They also bundle an SDD connector in the bundle - Manual has detailed directions in it to refer to if needed - Setup process was easy and quick. Everything was ready within 10 minutes  - 1-year worry-free warranty providedCons:- Yes, it does have a fan and so does the noise. Sometimes more when the PC runs the heavy job but I would say it's a trade-off to keep the PC running efficiently without any issues and I am completely okay with it- There are no DP ports in these for high refresh rate display projections- I wish it had 2 HDMI instead of a VGA display port that is rarely used these days - I wish it supported an SD card up to 512GB as my old primary mini-PC does. This is great for additional storage needsConsidering the cost and convenience in a room where you do not need to put through huge laptops/tablets, I profoundly suggest this product.
