The product is too good and is a great value for money.Hats off to amazon delivery, it was bang on time and good in packaging.One complaint with Amazon, when I placed this ordered with amazon, I got a call from Amazon (fraudster not amazon actually) but he had the complete details of my order including payment mode, order id, payment amount, phone number, amazon account details etc.) Had raised the concern with amazon but haven’t heard back since then.Product:Worth to but the product.Noise level is almost nil ( I keep the fan speed at 1, but even at 3, it’s fine)Cooling is too good and instant.Blue Star team keeps on following for the product, installation, services and so on, which I really admire.The person who installed the product was not too good but was fine

Cooling Capacity and location of the room
Good design and suitable for small rooms. Cooling capacity and room location are important. Consider consulting an expert before deciding. Remote control is very convenient useful. May need some time to say anything about performance.

Very nice AC.
Bought this in mid may. Its working perfectly fine and cools the room very quickly. The installation guys from the company did a very professional job of installing it.

Everything is good..
Everything is good. I was excited when found smart save option in the remote but later realise it just for show. That's why 4 star. Else it's value for money.

NOISY AND FAULTY
The media could not be loaded. My ac making noise like a generator. Bluestar Technician couldn't identify the problem.Pls don't get carried away by its cheap price. This product is really bad and a total waste of money.
