Yes it is expensive but if I add up all the 75p’s I’ve wasted on garlic bulbs that arrive inedible plus all the dishes I’ve had to make without garlic because it’s gone in the bin then this is definitely an improvement. It’s really good. Obviously it’s much quicker to prepare because you’re not having to peel it but it hasn’t lost its flavour at all which was a concern when I was thinking about buying it. I was really happy doing my batch cooking yesterday and all my dishes turned out lovely and garlic-y like I’d hoped. I have frozen the rest to use in future.
