Great Quality, Great Price
Product came quickly as described. Taste was great in my General Tso’s recipe! Ate one directly and it lit me up (very very spicy). My bag must have had a small hole as some seeds had fallen out, but did not ruin the product or my experience. Will order again when needed!

Excellent and a decent level of spicy
These arrived in stellar time, were sealed in their own bag and are of very good quality. They have a good amount of heat and added that authentic Thai flavor to my Pad Prik King. Will buy again

Couldn't Be Better
As a fan of Thai chiles for 30+ years, I am very happy with this purchase. The quality and quantity are excellent. The vacuum sealed package ensures they don't get crushed, and you can see that they are all fully ripened and no bad looking ones in the bunch. And, while I was told to expect delivery on January 13, 2025, they arrived on December 21, 2024 from Thailand.

You Want Spicy? This Is It
I love spicy foods. As a kid, I knowingly decided I wanted to like spicy foods, and I started off in small amounts. I remember the exact first moment it happened: I put three drops of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce into my Pho noodles. I told myself, and my family around the table that, with the next serving I would double that amount, and then double that, and eventually build a high tolerance for it. I now can handle pretty much any spicy foods. As I grew up in a more exotic household that loved all types of food, Thai chile and Sriracha were the spicy toppings of choice. The first time I ordered this I was sent a powdered version by one of the vendors. It was a little annoying as I wanted the actual whole dried chile, however, the powdered version does come in handy, so I kept it. I also ordered from another vendor and got what was pictured.Since these Thai (Bird's Eye) chiles are already dried out, you *don't* have to do the whole process of removing the stems from the peppers, rinsing clean, drying on paper towels, and then mincing them, while wearing rubber gloves. I grind them up in a mortar, usually mixed in with other things like garlic. You can re-hydrate these, but I haven't used it that way yet. The chile has a unique spicy flavor to them which, when added to meals, can give it some extra kick, subtle or not so subtle depending on how much you use.I took a star off because there is no consistent packaging or consistent food quality from all the different vendors selling this, but if you need Thai Chiles this should work for you. You can also try looking for this at organic markets, which may be sold as "Bird's Eye Chile".The Internet says these are good for about a year stored in a pantry; I have mine stored in an airtight glass container. I encourage you to try this Thai Chile out, along with other chiles of the world. If you did what I did as a kid you too will be able to handle your spice, and then you'll discover a whole new world of foods out there. Recommended.

Beautiful Chilis!
My 3 packages arrived today, sooner than expected considering they traveled from Thailand. They are bright red and very well vacuum sealed, just what I am looking for. I grow my own indoors and get 2 harvests per year from 3 plants and will start a dozen new plants tonite from these Chili's seeds. They are very small so I expect they will be very hot, perfect for the dishes we make. Amazed how good they look, recommended to everyone!Update 06.26.23: These chilis work just fine in every dish we've used them in. Good flavor and sinus-clearing heat but not stupidly, unpleasantly hot. I planted seeds from these chilis a few weeks ago - got a dozen seedlings now growing under lights that're getting quite leafy. These are good chilis.

Great quality and just the right amount of spice
I don't have a great amount of experience with Thai pepper, but I find these to be pleasant but really spicy. Not a lot of bitterness that you usually get with dried chilies. They came vacuum packed and we're perfectly dried, not brittle like most supermarket chilies are. Perfect for a quick snip with your scissors into your favorite stir fry. Without much experience with Thai chilies outside of eating Thai food I would give these a 9.5/10 in terms of quality. They really elevated my chicken Thai basil stir fry to that next level. I'm hoping to be able to buy these again in a couple years when I need more.

Good, HOT, chile peppers, at a GREAT price!
I received my Thai, dried, hot, chile peppers a few days ago - well worth the wait (they are shipped from Thailand, so delivery takes a few weeks. The seller is upfront about the delivery time. I was in no hurry, and with the price being so good, I ordered the peppers!). I use the chiles to make hot pickles, by adding them to the pickle brine - DELICIOUS! I also add the chiles to sauces where I want some extra heat / zip. I also make both Thai and Indian cuisine, both which traditionally are pretty spicy, and these little gems do the trick! The seller is very responsive as well. I contacted the seller when delivery was taking a few days more than expected, and the seller responded right away, assuring me I would have the chiles any day, and sure enough, they came just a few days later via U.S. mail. The product came in a well sealed plastic bag, which was then placed in a well sealed mailing envelope for shipping. I was very happy with the product, price, and the seller. I will buy these chiles again.
