Does this kill goat head plants?

The goat head weed is an annual that germinates late in the season long after most other weeds are actively growiing. The surest way to eliminate large goat head weeds is to cut each plant, below the crown, with hand pruners. Then carefully lift the plant (and seeds), place in a bag and then in the garbage, not in the compost pile. If you have seeds on the ground you can pick up most of them by lightly pressing a piece of old carpet or other fabric over them and disposing in the garbage.

how long before replanting of grass after application?

We recommend waiting until all the weeds have died down before replanting the grass. This should usually take from 24-48 hours, depending on the weather - sometimes even faster!
