I love this hat! It provides great UV protection and looks so cute paired with a summer sundress. It does a great job shading my face from the sun. I also like that it’s adjustable with the chin string, but I personally tucked the string inside the hat to keep the look more stylish. I wore it this way while running errands around DC and received so many compliments! I purchased the M/L size and it fit perfectly.

The smallest size available is way too big for us “pinheads!” I snugged it up, (a lot) according to directions and it came closer to the right fit. However, that made the inner black band extend below where it usually sits, so I wish they had used a band closer to the straw color so the black would not be so obvious around my ears. Looks a little weird. Still, it’s a cute hat, and the ribbon around the crown gives it a sweet, feminine touch. I folded it like instructed, and it came out of my luggage looking OK, with very little work to eliminate the light fold lines. I just dampened it lightly, smoothed it all out, flattening the brim firmly with both hands, while then letting it rest overnight in an upside-down position, the crown filled tightly with clean socks and underwear. By morning, you’d never know it had ever been folded. The brim looks bigger on me than it does on the models, but I was glad about it, as the sun in Mexico was ferocious! No sunburn anywhere from the shoulders up the whole two weeks. Great hat, just wish it came in a smaller size. We had very high winds a few days, and the chin strap was such a help. I liked being able to let the hat hang over my back when in stores, leaving me hands-free. The straw composition allows breezes blow through it, so it does not tend to make your head sweat. No doubt I will find uses for it year round, down here in south Florida. All in all, a great purchase.

Best hat to take on a vacation! It’s beautiful and the size of the brim is large enough to keep the sun out of your face. The hat was well packaged when shipped. It arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend this hat.

Fit well on my smaller head, loved that it was adjustable. Have received many compliments. Quality and sturdy will have for lots of years.

At first i thought this hat was all misshaped from packaging but then it came to life and it’s really nice! good quality, has a chin strap if you want or you can tuck it up in the hat. i wish the ribbon was removable but it’s cute enough to stay.

This hat is super cute and well packaged but imo, runs small. I bought the L/XL and it was super tight even after adjusting it. I had to return it. I can wear an average baseball cap with no issues (just making it adjustable to a slightly larger setting works fine). I guess I have a big head and never knew it?? If you’re in doubt at all, using their sizing guide & measure.

keeps its shape well. the throat string is helpful for windy days, but can be tucked away. i liked the size and weight. It was very helpful on hot, sunny days on a trip to Greece.
