Maesri Thai prik khing curry - 4 oz x 2 cans, Chili

Prik Khing curry is a different flavor than the more common red, green and yellow curries. You use this one in stir fries like with the classic Thai curry beans and chicken. These cans are convenient in that you don't have a large amount open that might go bad over time if you don't use it all. One can of this will make 2 large restaurant sized servings of prik khing curry dish. The price is close to what you'll find at an Asain market, but if you don't happen to live near one or it's miles away, save the gas and just order on Amazon!

They did a great job on packing the favors into a can. I really love Pad Prik King and this sauce makes it simple and easy to create this dish. This is pretty similar to their Red Curry but is better for Pad Prik King. Good stuff!

...some salt and some sweet, these cans make a fantastic dish very easily.

I used this in a vegetarian lentil soup. Toasting the paste adds flavor.

True to the Thai food tradition. Excellent flavor. My wife is so happy I can can cook Thai.
