They were not to big and easy to take, used them to boost energy , i think they helped a bit.

Im pretty sure ive managed to complete longer runs with more ease having these as part of a good stable diet.

I bought from this brand previously which was there turkesterone product, which I would recommend by the way! But this might even top that!... Since getting really into my fitness I've been really intrigued into the different ways get my desired shape and boost performance levels but in a NATURAL way, and I must say this does it for me! I am quite a lean person already but I have managed to drop an extra percent of bady fat, something I have wanted to do but struggled with for a long time.
