Futuro 47736EN Quick Strap Ankle Support, Adjustable

I swear by these wraps. I twisted my ankle something fierce getting ready for an event, and one of these saved the day for me. I was able to adjust it just right to give me the stability and gentle compression to help me get through the next few hours on my feet, coupled with some quick ice sessions throughout the night.In the past, I’ve used these braces to help me walk/jog when I would have a flareup of ankle pain from prior injuries.I find this style of brace to be the most comfortable and practical for my needs, and I love how simple, easy, and fast it is to adjust them to the right fit. I ordered extras because I often find companies seem to phase out any product that actually works. Excellent product.

I love this ankle brace it's wonderful on my ankle 2 years ago I broke it and tore a tendan so it hurts all the time ans this helps it from hurting to much by the end of the dayI love how Adjustable it is

This brace offers relative ease of use compared to other ‘strappy’ braces. It probably needs an additional adjustment on the back or side of the ankle to customize the fit. As it is currently designed, there is bunching of the fabric under the Velcro strap with the laced part tightened all the way. It’s not terribly bulky and though it doesn’t fit in shoes as well as compression sock types, it offers a little more stabilization and doesn’t cause friction issues as the stirrup-type braces do.

This ankle brace has been such a life saver! I started playing pickleball and have been obsessed and been playing almost everyday for hours. But my feet was killing me I think maybe because I tend to roll my feet when I run. The ankle brace has helped me with running with a better position and has helped to eliminate most of my feet pain I was experiencing.

The Futoro strap is broadly adjustable through Velcro straps running under the foot and around the ankle, supplemented by short laces across the front of the ankle. Once the strap has been adjusted to fit it is relatively quick and easy to put on and take off the strap without much further adjustment. The materials including the Velcro seem to be of good quality. The level of support is less than a full lace up ankle brace but still substantial. I gave the strap four instead of five stars for two reasons: a) the manufacturer provides almost no instructions or suggestions as to most effective adjustments or putting the strap on your foot beyond a few photos on the box; and b) the main Velcro strap across the front of the ankle has a tendency to come detached during some athletic activities such as hiking. If you place the strap directly on the foot rather than on top of the sock (the latter recommended by the manufacturer in the photos) and put on your sock over the strap the sock will keep the Velcro closure in place. With a little experimentation you can probably figure out the most effective way to adjust the straps.

Bulky under foot. Not a good design for every-day wear in a regular shoe.
