Works amazingly! Don't mind the windowsill I'm going to be attacking that next, but when I tell you that this spray works like a charm it REALLY DOES! I struggled to remove the pink/orange mold that persists in wet environments and no matter what it just kept coming back within a few weeks but with these sprays not only have I gotten rid of the disgusting stains on my shower wall but since using this spray I've had no more issues with the mold! This stuff really breaks down the mold with zero scrubbing and kills the bacteria that even let's it keep manifesting! My bathroom tile used to be so covered in mold that it looked like a child took paint and splattered it everywhere but I just used the green spray and it literally just melted away. After that I've been exclusively using the purple spray every couple of weeks and I've seem no more orange mold since. This stuff does have a very strong bleachy smell and had me coughing when I breathed it in a little top much but the smell does go right away if you just open a couple doors and turn on ventilation so it's not bad. Over all 10/10 will from now on be keeping these sprays in my cabinets because it works amazingly and I'll be recommending it to the people I know too!

Whoa. Wear goggles and old clothes/long sleeve. Smells like strong bleach. Burns like it’s killing mold/mildew. WORKS. Tried other cleaners and wipes clean but still see stains. No stains with this product so I feel like it’s actually killing it to stop regrowing!

Being new to TX, we experienced our first summer in an older house with no air conditioning and lots of humidity. Early in the fall we noticed mold growing in two of the closets that have high ceilings and very limited airflow since the closet doors are constantly closed. We finally had the chance to use the RMR Mold cleaning system and, boy, does this stuff work. It took us about an hour to completely clean and disinfect all the walls in a 6'x3'x9' closet and we used about half of the product. We then used a fan in an open window overnight to remove the disinfectant smell. Now, all we have is a clean closet ready to hold our items. Before purchasing these products we used countless products recommended to us by internet searches. Nothing else worked and we were ready to call someone in to clean the walls for us, however, after having a neighbor utilize that option, cost wise it was WAY out of our budget. I was happy to find this system and even happier that it works exactly as it claimed it would. It is recommended that you continue to use the disinfectant every few months to prevent re-growth, which we will do since it is so easy. This is a great system, reasonably priced considering all the other options, and it truly does work.

The mold remover in this set is magic!! I sprayed some mold that would normally take an hour to scrub off. This stuff removed the mold in seconds! I'm truly astonished. The only cons are the smell and irritation it can cause. It smells like an over chlorinated pool and will cause throat and eye irritation.

We used this to clean a bathroom with this that was contaminated with ringworm from a foster cat. You definitely want to use it with proper ventilation as the smell is rather strong, however, the cleaner worked very well. It was very easy to apply, and remove. Just spray, leave on for a a minute or so, and wipe off. I left mine on for several minutes to ensure no fungus was left, but it removed easily, and it didn't stain any of the services I sprayed it on, including wood. This would be quite good for mildew application, and did actually remove some mildew from our grout in the shower. I wouldn't use this as an everyday cleaner, but its great when you have mold buildup or mildew in bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc. I would also make sure to use gloves, as again, this stuff is very strong.

This stuff worked AMAZING on attic mold. I had an insulation contractor come and look at doing blown in insulation in my attic. But they spotted some black mold and wanted a complete mold abatement before they would do any work. I looked into professional mold abatement. No way I could afford that. So I bought this premix in the spray bottles. Don’t want to get into mixing in a sprayer. I started by making and using a tyvek suit and the 86 remover. You definitely don’t want to breathe it in. Headed into the attic. Started spraying wherever I could see mold. Then ended up spraying the entire underside of the roof decking. The mold disappeared almost instantly! And these bottles go along ways. Two were enough to get all areas of concern in my 600 sq ft house. After spraying couple hours later I went up and reapplied on the trouble spots just to make sure it was all dead. Then the next day once it was all dry I went up with the other bottle that contains a fungicide and I sprayed everything again. Two coats. 2 months later the blown in insulation project is complete. The company was completely happy with how I did it with these chemicals and were perfectly willing to do the job after I killed it all. And the biggest advantage of using these chemicals is no sealing things up. The professionals hit the surface with pressurized dry ice. This requires them to seal everything and use fans with hepa filters to make sure no spores end up in the house. But this method you are just killing it in place. You are never disturbing it, so don’t have to deal with all the masking and plastic and hepa filtration equipment. And there is no risk of it escaping in the house as it’s dead in contact. Then the second spray just makes sure it doesn’t come back. I now have proper insulation and venting so hopefully will never be an issue ever again. I just rechecked several of the worst areas. It’s now a couple months later. Nothing. The wood sheathing is clean. No black mold has returned. So hopefully problem solved. The two bottles in the kit will easily treat 200 to 300 square feet of surface very well. I ended up buying 2 kits and it did all I needed with half bottles left for future if needed. So thank you to whoever makes this. In this case the expression “better living through chemistry” holds true. This stuff killed the mold instantly and appears to have sold the problem of reoccurrence. Just don’t breathe it. The first bottle, the 86, had an almost overwhelming smell. It’s strong. But I used a spray painting respirator which I fit nice and tight and properly after shaving my beard and I was absolutely fine.

OMG! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! It says to let it sit for 15 minutes. I sprayed it on my grout in my shower bc I have been trying everything to get the dark mold on the bottom corner of my tiles shower clean before I either regrout or seal it with a silicone caulk. The RMR Mold and Mildew started cleaning that stuff in under 2 minutes! I can’t believe it!!! I have used so many things to clean the grout and nothing ever works! This stuff works!!!! I wish I would’ve taken a before and after photo but in 10 minutes from me writing this it will be beautiful and clean and I will be able to accurately assess if I need new grout or silicone caulk to seal it up but I’m beyond impressed in 5 minutes! Only bad side is the strong chemical smell but I can live with it for now! So worth the money and it hasn’t even been 5 minutes!!!

Product worked great on mold, but I'm skeptical about the jugs they're contained in. After being on my shelf for a few months I noticed something was on my floor traced it back to this jug. Unsure if it was eating it away but no damage was done to the jug. N it will eat your 1 part epoxy if left on it. Sadly I jus redid my basement floor.. N unsure how I should store this almost full 1 gal jug now...
