Although the delivery was a few days late, when I asked the customer service, the customer service also helped to check the order and contact the UPS!I searched for this charcoal grill on Amazon for a long time before placing an order. I also compared it with other stores before deciding to place an order. My husband took an hour half to get it done by himself. It is very simple to install it according to the detailed steps in the instruction manual. It is a very solid quality, large-capacity grill that can bake many kinds of food at a time to save time! It can be used for family party .After installation, we put the ingredients in place and started to grill. Here I want to say that the structure of the charcoal grill is simple and independent. When grilling, you can easily adjust the firepower by twisting the handle, which I like very much. When you cover the lid, you can clearly see the temperature inside rising on the thermometer. The temperature of the food is clear at a glance.Then it is super easy to clean after grilling. The full-size drawer ashtray is easy to clean. If you are choosing a full-carbon grill, I would recommend it. I will keep it and use it all the time.

This grill is adequate. I have owned the exact design sold under a different brand name several years ago. This version has some fit problems and showed up without utensil hooks and with a faulty (leaky) temperature gage. The seller worked with me to place an order to replace those at no charge.There is also a need for a solution to keep the coal doors from falling wide open, making the safety handle difficult to grasp and risks burns when the door metal is hot. See photo I am installing my own chain limiter solution to work similar to the prior model that I had.

Excellent product. The two collapsible side tables are very convenient for holding seasonings, plates, and tools. I'm a huge fan of this charcoal barbecue. The spacing is ideal for me over the circular ones and allows for perfect indirect cooking. Heat controls are simple and reliable. The extra shelving is really nice for when I'm loading up with different varieties of foods. Easy to remove used charcoal and you can up level or lower the level of the grill.

Grilled some skewers last weekend and this thing did a great job. I really like that you can raise or lower the charcoal trays that it makes it way easier to control the heat. Didn’t burn anything and got a nice sear. Setup wasn’t bad, and there’s plenty of space to cook and prep. Solid so far.
