The product is great! Except for one little detail. The buttons on the device are misaligned. I plan to exchange it because it does the job.

I have been dealing with shoulder pain for several months. Saw this product demonstrated on a national morning show, and decided to try it. Amazon had it at 20% off the TV price.This NECKA massager really does the trick for my neck and shoulders, but it is versatile enough to also use on my lower back! Wish the heat setting could get a little warmer, but the massage settings themselves have a nice mix of intensity and direction. Like a human massager, it can ache a bit while I'm using it, but when I'm done, my shoulder feels much better.The portability on this unit is an extra bonus! We have vacation coming up, and my NECKA is coming along.Thanks Re Athlete and Amazon!

Works perfectly

For years I’ve used a pillow style neck massager which has been great but always was difficult getting it to hit the right spots in my neck; you were limited in your comfort while using it. This massage gets where you need it most and is easy to maneuver in any position :)

The best neck, back, shoulder massager on the market. It feels as if there’s a tiny human massage therapist hiding in there. It just knows exactly which spots need to be worked with just the right amount of pressure. Easy to use, handy, convenient. Costs much less than a couple of professional massages and works well.

If you are a small person this is actually quite large and heavy making it uncomfortable to use. I had to return it, which thankfully was easy.

Too heavy. Too bulky. Difficult to apply properly.
