Enamelware Jelly Roll Pan, 16 x 12.25 inches, Burgundy/Cream Splatter

I love that I can roast veggies and make sheet pan meals on clean enamel! And cleanup is a breeze after a short soak in hot soapy water. Highly recommend!

I bought this based an it's cute appearance after buying some pans at a not to be named discount store. The aforementioned pans became discolored, were impossible to clean and though cute, were actually a very bad buy. Then, after looking into Crow Canyon's teapots, I saw this pan. It's gorgeous, it's easy to clean and simply works well. You'd think a sheet pan would be a no brainer. Well, I'm here to tell you sometimes it's not and sellers take advantage by crafting them off inferior materials that don't work. Not so with this pan. If you have any doubts, I advise you put them aside and go for it! Not cheap, yet really, really worth it!

Enamel looks solid and arrived with no chip issues. Wish these were made in the USA.

I just received this and it is NOT a 16 x 12 jelly roll pan. The 16 x 12 measurement is taken at the widest point - the upper rim - the actual size of your jelly roll will be 14.75 x 11.25. That is significantly smaller than any recipe meant for a 16 x 12 pan (which would measure 17 x 13 at the rim). The standard half-sheet Silpat mat will not fit.If you need a 16 x 12 jelly roll pan, this is not for you.The pan I received did not have any missing enamel or repaired areas: BUT, it is not smooth, like my other enamel pans are. It feels like the white enamel was applied first and then the black was dribbled on afterwards giving it a bumpy feel.I have no idea how this will affect it's performance and will follow up once I've used it, IF I decide to keep it.The pan is made in China. I bought it because every other half-sheet pan is either aluminum or non-stick and I don't want to use either. Enamel is supposed to be inert and, therefore, a healthy option, but I'm not sure I trust any food-related item made in China.If I don't find one made in the USA or europe before my return window closes, I may end up using it anyway.

I grow lots of tomatoes. Don’t have a place to put canned tomatoes, so I roast them and freeze them in Ziploc ‘s. I love these pans for my roasted tomatoes. They’re very easy to clean and they do the job. I used other pans before I got these and they were hard to clean and the tomatoes stuck! Made pan pizza in it and it stuck. So, I’m just sticking to the roasted tomatoes!

It is great! It cleans up really well and is lightweight. I love how high the sides are. The only complaint is that it isn’t flat bottomed, which hasn’t been a problem for me; I’ve made tomato paste and oven “sun” dried tomatoes on it without a problem. I highly recommend if you are ready to move away from toxic aluminum. Pay attention to the dimensions it is smaller than a standard cookie sheet.

This tray is lightweight but sturdy. It is made well. Goes well with farmhouse decor. A bit pricey

Not only is this pan insanely gorgeous but it is the only pan that hasn’t warped in my oven and cleans like a dream. Will be ordering more!
