I typically wear New Era hat size 7 3/8 - 7 1/2, safely inside the norm. That said, this hat was waaaayyy too small. Order with caution.

Material and build look good, but it is too small for my head on max size. I don't have a particularly large head, but the shape of the arch of the opening in the back is such that the hat can only get so big, even with the band extended.
