Bay Hydro 3/8" Red Double Barbed Water Shut Off Inline Valve

Functionally these work well in my drip irrigation system. The durability in direct sunlight is poor. For such an application wrap them in aluminum foil. The red knobs get brittle after one season in the sun.

I actually use this to easily drain my water cooling system for my computer. It has never leaked and the valve is sturdy. (Please consider my system doesn't hold much pressure but it is still imperative to have no leaks.)

Used to make a water level, didn't leak.

Great for garden watering system!

Used in a glyco system with low pressure. Valves started leaking on second week of use.
