It’s been a while since I’ve posted any of my reviews & I apologize about that, but I haven’t had the time & I do have many to do!Anyway, for those of you who have not read or seen any of my reviews, I am Certified Master Trainer with over 20+ years of experience under my belt & I have many many certifications, one of which is a certification in supplementation, so because of my years in this business, knowledge obtained & my dedication in helping people achieve healthier lives through exercise & nutrition, is the reason why I do these reviews... with the hope I can help someone (even if just one person) with a bit of knowledgeable you can make the best choice for your needs without having the wool pulled over your eyes!*** I first want to say that I am NOT affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ANY SUPPLEMENT or FITNESS COMPANY I am reviewing WHATSOEVER! Simply trying to help people make the best choice in this extremely shady business! ***• This review is on Chizled Labz Tudca• Let me start off by saying that anyone that takes a lot of supplements as I do, or oral medications of any kind, drinks &/or party’s, most definitely while on a cycle should be taking a liver protectant. I have ALWAYS taken Milk Thistle or Liv52 which is fine, but to be real honest, TUDCA is much better. Why?• TUDCA which is Tauroursodeoxycholic acid, is a chemical naturally produced in the human body and it is in a form of salt before it transforms into TUDCA. It is said to have a few benefits & the following are to name a few:1) Said to protect nerve cells and it also protects the liver.2) Helps to control cholesterol levels in the liver because it breaks down fats resulting in a healthy liver.3) Said to have the ability to burn fats.4) It decrease liver enzymes that causes cholestasis & for those that have no clue what that is, cholestasis interrupts the flow of bile through the liver and by decreasing these enzymes, Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid can promote healthy cholesterol levels.5) TUDCA also promotes liver cell regeneration & to be honest, I like to combine this with Milk Thistle because it is a much more effective way to promote liver health and protection.6) Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid is also good for improving insulin sensitivity in muscle tissue and the liver. Lastly,7) it will increase the bile acids in our bodies which will help the body utilize fat for energy, and promote a healthy metabolism.• IMPORTANT IFACT:There is another product called UDCA which is prescription ONLY. Why am I mentioning this as a comparison? Well when TUDCA reaches the intestines, it will be transformed to UDCA. UDCA will then be combined with taurine (Liver produces Taurine) & this mixture will lead to the production of TUDCA.**** CONS:1) Chizled Labz does not have any expiration date or manufacture date on their product! I don’t know you but I will NEVER ingest consumable goods without an expiration date! * DEALBREAKER FOR ME! *2) HORRIBLE customer service, which is surprising because they use to be A++! I tried to contact them multiple times regarding the above issue and they never responded! * ANOTHER DEALBREAKER FOR ME! ***** PROS:1) Dosed correctly2) Competitively priced**** My Final Assessment:• These are size 1 capsules, so very easy to ingest. The recommended dosage is 200-300mg/day & these are right on point with their dosage (depending on your weight, liver health, drinking habits, oral medication usage).**** Conclusion:I personally CAN NOT & WILL NOT recommend this brand! A brand that sells consumable goods with NO expiration date & a Brand that is lacking in customer service! There are way too many legitimate brands selling good quality product, reasonable prices that CARE about us & our health, for me to ever buy Chizled Labz Tudca.if you do not care about ingesting consumable product that you have no idea how old it is or how long its been sitting around & if your ok with giving your hard earned money away to a company that doesn't give you basic service, then this is a good buy!The supplement business is without a doubt the most Disingenuous legal business on planet earth & here we have another that bites the dust!!** Back to the brand I usually buy my Tudca and many of my supplements from that is my goto!

My girlfriend is having bad gall bladder pains for 6months now. We've been to a primary doctor, who sent us to a urologist, who said he couldn't do anything (not kidney stones which we already knew). So back to primary doctor to get referral to GI specialist. This whole time her symptoms point absolutely to gall bladder. Pain location, adverse reaction to fatty foods, pain behind right shoulder blade, but doctors always think they know better.So while waiting for appointments, i did research and saw many good reviews on this stuff and it helping those with gall stones. I bought it and it's helping with her pain. In the 6 months since the onset of the pain, she's had NO relief (pain level 7 constant with spikes to 9 on a daily basis) A few days after taking this she's felt the ONLY relief from the pain. The pain is still there, but it's a 3, not a 7 or 8. She does forget to take her pill alot and the pain comes right back. When i remind her or make her take it, the pain subsides.Again..6 MONTHS of constant lvl 8 pain and NO relief. Taking this relieved it, forgetting to take it and the pain came back. There is NO doubt this is helping. I don't know if it's dissolving the stones slowly or anything that other's have mentioned, but i do know for a FACT it's helping with her pain. ALL pain meds, Vicodin, Norco, Ibuprofen 800, Tramadol,even the Methadone she's been on for almost 2 years does nothing to help. Just a side note, that's for PAIN MANAGEMENT, not drug addiction related at all. Too much stigma around it and that's all people relate it too. ALL have done NOTHING for her pain. This has.If you have these symptoms and this pain constantly...$30 is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to spend for relief
