Decent product... works well ...

Bought the item based on look in Amazon site and because of two years warranty mentioned against item description. As this was the first time I was going to use garment steamer I was not sure how useful it will be. Hence I took the risk. After buying the item once I started using, I found garment steamer very useful. But the item was very delicate and not comfortable in handling. After 3 months it stopped generating steam and could not continue its usage. When approached Amazon as it was having two years warranty, I got the reply it is not repairable and Amazon refunded full amount. Not recommended.

This is a good steam press. If it came with a table like some other models, would've been helpful. Taking one star away due to this. Apart from that, everyday shirts/tshirts/suits are easily ironed out with this. Happy with this purchase over-all!

Great product

The pipe is so soft that it bends and when it bends the steam doesn't come out. I want to exchanges. The overall machine is good but it useless when the pipe bends. Cant use at all

I have been using this for a while and I keep it in my bedroom, near my closet. Doesn’t take up a lot of floor space. It heats up very quickly. I love that it comes with the board to press up against. It is really helpful especially if I am in a hurry to go out, and in under few minutes all the wrinkles are gone.

Multiple options for steam and which i why I selected this. I like it and recommend.

بصراحة في البداية عجبتني ولكن بعد شهر واحد اكتشفت بانها سيئة من ناحية خزان الماء مع الحرارة تسيح لانه الخزان بلاستك وبعد ثلاثة شهور عطلت لاانها بشراء هذا المنتج

so nice and light easy to plug I didn't start using it yet but I will then update you guarantee 2y

بعد 3 شهور من الاستخدام خربت تعطلت
