Love it! I just returned from my vacation and was so pleased with my purchase that I had to write a review. It was perfect. I did read other reviews before purchasing and it was great advise to order up a size. I am a medium but ordered a large. I was so happy with the fit, the sun protection ( it stood up against the Caribbean sun!) and I especially loved how it stayed in place while I splashed around in the ocean. Love, love , love it! I am ordering another....

A bit snug, but I guess it has to be. Works out great. I bought it to protect myself from the sun while swimming, and it really helped avoid sand rash while body surfing. The color on it is great too.

purchased this item because I was going on vacation to a tropical area for use with swimming and snorkeling. I live in an area where sun is scarce all year long and can't wear chemical sunscreens due to allergies. The UV protection factor of 50 + with this item made me purchase it. I was concerned with the fit, so I was sure to measure myself PRIOR to ordering the item (following the instructions on O'Neill's website). I'm a size 6-8, 5'6", 150lb (athletic build) with a short torso (hourglass shape) and I bought a large. Dry, the shirt fit snuggly (like a second skin...almost a bit tight). In the water it relaxed a bit but was still snug enough to not create drag while swimming. I spent hours in the ocean and did not burn when wearing the item. Asthetically, the shirt narrowed my waist due to the color contrast and looked sporty with a pair of shorts when out of the water. I highly recommend this item.

I llike it, the only problem is that I got the size small since I am petite ( 5'0 tall weighing 116 lbs), however it's somewhat tight on me especially on the lower abdomen. Quality wise is great.

I told my wife, you can't expect to look as good in this as the advertisement shows. Now I can't say that it is shapewear, but it does look very good on her. It fits really tight, as it is meant to. It looks the same on her as it looks in the picture.She is 5'11", Medium build and a medium fits fine. I think if you go a size bigger in an attempt to hide some flab, then it won't compress around the belly, or under arms and you will end up showing your flabbiness.You can tell it is good quality and doesn't restrict movement. The coloration is also pleasing, and even slimming.
