I love this toaster oven! I passed it up and bought another brand since it was my usual choice. But always clumsy to clean.So I ruined it in the process. I went back to this hamilton beach and reviews and chose it. It's so simple, easy to use. We love the raised door most of all, making it so easy to get out the easy-slide crumb tray and access to the bottom of the oven to wipe out if necessary. Only thing to improve it is it only runs 30 minutes on the timer, but also has continuous. So hasn't been a problem. Just reset for an hour total. BTY I seldom rate anything.

Used this toaster oven for a year or more, then gave it to grandson because I didn't have room for it anymore. Not that it isn't small enough for some kitchens it's just that my kitchen is super small now. It was plenty big enough for me to cook what I wanted, the 12" pizza fit perfectly and I really liked cooking casseroles in it. I had small casseroles that were for 1 to 2 people which I would say is about all that would work for this oven. I heated quickly, the timer was a great feature with a dinger loud enough to get my attention. I didn't particularly like the door but the only reason is was it was hard to clean due to it sliding up inside the unit making the inside glass hard to get to. It could be done it was just awkward. Overall the little gripes didn't take away to the fact that I found it a great product for my applications.

My Hamilton Beach Easy Reach toaster oven arrived well packaged and as described. The 'lift up' door opening is a great design that reduces chances of accidental burns. I plugged it in and turned it on right out of the box. The unit heated up relatively quickly and timer and 'finished' alert worked perfectly. It fit well under my cabinetry, not a tiny appliance yet not too big and bulky. Also, it didn't get overly hot on the top or bottom while on the 400+ settings. I did place it on a sheet of glass though. I've had it less than a week and have used it to reheat leftovers multiple times now and it works much faster and more efficiently than firing up my big oven. The microwave is faster but makes breads tough and heats unevenly. I love how extra crispy it cooks my frozen fries in no time at all. I am so pleased with this purchase!

We wanted a smaller size toaster oven/broiler that we could fit in a cabinet since we don't have a lot of counter space. This is a great item and we have made frozen pizzas, and homemade pizzas using a Boboli crust using convection feature at 450º. Both come out great as long as you rotate the pizza 90º halfway through cooking. The broiler and roasting functions could be better if there was a heating element in the middle of the top and bottom, but as long as you move your food around to get even heating it works well. That's why 4 stars instead of 5.

I didn’t know I needed this until I bought it. My son has one and told me how he uses it all the time so I thought what the heck I’ll try it and love it! I very seldom use my toaster or oven anymore. Game changer.

This is the perfect size and is the answer to cooking most foods so you don’t have to use the stove in hot weather.

I love my toaster oven. Just a heads up though, if you unplug it for any reason and forget to plug it back in, then put food in it...the timer works when the oven is unplugged but the oven does not. Someone could try 2 or 3 times to cook their food and maybe even think it's broken before they realize their mistake. Just saying...I was so happy to realize I was being an idiot and the oven was just fine.

I love this! toasts well, 12 " pizza gets crispier than a reg oven, no smell, no noise, just wish there was a light but i can live w/o it, accurate too! i use this alot now instead of my gas stove/oven, cannot say enough about it! Thanks Hamilton Beach!!!it<
