Great product quality!
Had my personal finger ladder together in 30 minutes, using over the door method. Great instruction booklet and necessary supplies were included. Only issue was the two screws for securing over the door metal piece were a little too long, but just used two screws slightly shorter. Would definitely recommend to friends recovering from shoulder surgery! Customer service “chat” was actually with a person, not canned statements!

Camlocks are pewter crap and the holes don't line up, hanger doesn't fit slot.
No quality control and very poor materials. pewter cams break at the slightest pressure and the holes and slots don't align. The door hanger bracket will not fit in the slot, slot is to narrow. Color of the pieces is not consistent middle piece is lighter the top and bottom. If you're going to sell stuff to injured people have some dang quality control and better engineering. Very displeased. Don't waste your money.

Just like in Physical Therapy
Exactly like the one at PT. Can continue stretching at home.

Product works well; some assembly adjustments may be required
After shoulder therapy in January, my physical therapist had me using the finger ladder to start regaining upward stretch so I purchased one for home use. The Vive model was exactly what I needed. I had two issues with assembly which were easily solved. I was using the door hang option and the predrilled holes in the board did not align with the hanging hook. So I drilled the correct holes. Secondly, the doormounting hookscrews provided to attach the hanging hook were 1 ½” long. The finger board is 1” wide. Luckily I had 1” screws and didn’t need to go out and buy them. Despite the assembly hiccups, I am very pleased with the unit. One other minor point—check the door height if you’re planning to use the door mount option, as most standard doors are only 80” high which is lower than the reach of many adults. My doors are 8' high so I never get to the top of the finger ladder.

It works well and will get the job done.
It seems to be as good as any of the other more expensive ones and can be mounted on the wall or hung over a door.

Nice wood quality poor execution
As mentioned in other reviews, the screws for the door bracket are too long for the wood. If used, they would go right through it. Correct size is #10 x3/4 round head wood screw. In addition, there are no pre-drilled holes for the door bracket. The door bracket slot was too narrow for the bracket. So in addition to having to drill holes, I had to chisel away the edge to allow the bracket to fit flush. For $59 it should have included the proper hardware and had the correct slot width and holes pre-drilled.

Perfect for at home therapy
Mom was recovering from a broken arm and needed something to use at home. This works very well. Easy to assemble, and does exactly what it needs to do!

Poor workmanship; not able to hang on door.
Camnuts were brittle and broke; door mounting slot was not wide enough for door hook and groove was not drilled for screws; could not mount it on the door, jury rigged it to the stair steps in my home. Very disappointing. Not worth the money I paid. Would not buy it again. Poor workmanship.
