Q: Is this a panty or a wrap?

Hello! It´s a wrap with a inner pocket to array the ostomy bag and side openings for emptying the bag too. It´s available in two colors, black and nude. Thanks!

Q: does it carry an ostomy pouch horizontally, or only vertically?

I believe it would work either way, but have use it more vertically.

Q: is it water proof, so you can use it to shower?

The fabric is perfect for swimming, super soft, transpirable, and fast drying. We have specific swimsuits for pool or beach also and this wrap it's used by customers also for water activities.
