Great piece!
I’m an avid knitter - but I had always let my yarn bounce to the floor or roll along a table top while I clicked away. I had thought about buying a yarn bowl when they became popular - but never got around to buying myself a treat. I’m SO glad I did! This is a beautiful work of craft in itself. The wood is warm snd smooth. The bowl is solid and heavy and won’t tip over. The finish is lovely - no rough edges anywhere. I put it to work last night with a somewhat “sticky” acrylic yarn, and it passes smoothly through the groove. If you knit or crochet - buy it! It’s a great functional product - and a beautiful piece to look at as well.

Beautiful!
I am beyond happy with this purchase!! The bowl feels and looks great. It is a good size, great quality, durable and easy to use. I have dropped this bowl more times than I can count and it is still in perfect condition. Great for crocheting and knitting.

This little thing is FANTASTIC and made a great gift!
My wife recently learned how to knit and crochet so she is not advanced by any means. She buys A LOT of pretty yarn- she has several different needles that she is learning to use and is doing some small projects. I HATE when things are just laying around. I can't help it. It messes with the energy in the room or in me. Stuff laying around stresses me out. This bowl served 2 purposes. 1. made her happy and 2. kept me calm! This beautifully crafted bowl has been GREAT for allowing her to keep her current project all together. The cats don't mess with it. She can carry it from room to room or outside with no worry about the material getting messed up. Everything is in one place. She loves it. (i love that the yarn ball isn't rolling all over the place) The craftsmanship is excellent! First of all it is a beautiful bowl. Her first question was "where is this from". She thought i had picked it up on one of our travels (pre Covid). Our kids think the " bowl looks like a piece of art!". The bowl is completely smooth so the yarn doesn't snag anywhere! It looks amazing sitting on a table, window sill or even the floor. IF you get this..you will be completely satisfied. This little bowl brings joy to those who see it! (and use it).

I really think this is a pretty bowl and love using it
I really think this is a pretty bowl and love using it. The yarn stays in it well and pulls easily. It feels quite sturdy. I do find that there is a defect on the rim and while this doesn't snag my yarn, I wish it was smooth and filled in- it looks like a large gouge.

Screams QUALITY, and BEAUTY
WOW isn't enough to describe this beautiful bowl...It's LARGE, heavy enough not to wobble as yarn pulls through, even comes with gripper buttons for the bottom of the bowl (nice, thoughtful touch). The maker is a thoughtful, and proud seller (and should be :) ). Honestly their is nothing like this bowl that I have found, and trust me when I say I have looked for a long time and just couldn't spend the high $$ on a thin, useless yarn bowl you find in local craft stores. This beauty right here is less $$. See photos below for size. It fits 100g of pure Wool easily, and an 85g cotton/100g scrubby cotton at the same time for those wonderful knitted dishcloths. I just can't say enough about it really. If your having trouble deciding on a yarn bowl...This one is it!!! Laborwood Yarn Bowl Wood X-Large 7"x4" Handmade 4in1. Knitting Hooks and Crochet Accessories Holder. Free Gifts Included: Sewing Needles, Stitch Markers and Knitting Counter (Chestnut)

Huge capacity and very smooth edges!
This is a great yarn bowl for a larger ball or cake of yarn. It is very well made, with smooth edges and no snags. It's also pretty cute with the BarvA yarn ball holder for this cool striped project that starts with the inside of the blue skein in the bowl, and the outside of the purple skein on the spinner.

I'm bowled away by this!
This bowl is lovelier when you see (and hold) it than the photo appears. It's thick, nicely finished, smooth (the holes didn't need any sanding), and it's definitely large enough for heavy skeins...which is what I need it for, as I'm crocheting an afghan. One thing you can sort of see in the photo, and is slightly more obvious in real life, is that it isn't made from a single piece of wood. There are three or four horizontal rings. I'm not sure how they do this - perhaps steam the wood to bend it? The chestnut color is very classy, the grain is interesting, and the bowl looks great even without any yarn in it. Please note the curve is for right-handed use. That is, the bowl should be placed in front of you or slightly to the left, as your right hand will pull the yarn as you knit or crochet. If you're left-handed, you need a bowl with the curve to the left, and you'd place it in front or to your right to maintain the tension. The packaging is nice and simple. The free gifts are things that a serious knitter or crocheter already owns, but it's always useful to have more stitch markers and yarn needles.

Perfection, Beauty, & Craftsmanship! ❤️
I am absolutely in love with this bowl! I've wanted one for some time now, & been looking around & researching the various yarn bowls for the best one. I found it! It's beautiful! The weight is perfectly balanced, the no-slip stickers come on a small sheet, which allow you to place them wherever you feel is best for your needs. The bowl is high-quality & true craftsmanship. Plus the 3 free gifts (while, yes, they're the "cheap plastic" stitch markers [x10], darning needless [x2- 1 large & 1 small], & 1 knit counter) they're great to have in a pinch. I absolutely love using it! It keeps my yarn clean & the perfect amount of tension while I'm knitting. I've been knitting for about a year now, but I'm very particular about what I buy. I research items exhaustively, ask friend's & fellow knitters about their preferences & what brands they prefer. This yarn bowl has surpassed all others. I'll recommend this to EVERYONE!

Came with big scrape but I’m glad it had one As the bowl is not worth $120, I would say $40 at the most, very average
