I ordered this a little late in the game...my Chicks were hatching in three days, but the company still got it to me on time. I had a minor issue with a broken part during shipping and the company quickly replaced the part and I was up and running with my new babies. I love this product. Even though it is plastic, the brooder and it holds a very consistent temperature. Happy babies. Sure does beat the cardboard covered dog cage I used to use.

If you’re keeping chicks in there for the 6 to 8 weeks, regular chicks can fit about 15. The first week or two 25 to 30 chicks. My jersey giant chicks fit 10 up until the 4th week. Then I had to to take half and move them.It’s all one open area but there are three door. The watering system is trash, it leaks like crazy and they break. I had to alter it with something home made, but other than that it works

The 2nd time we filled the water container it no longer flowed correctly, the setup is not worth the money, the feeder setup is not user friendly for the age chicks that could actually use it. Terrible purchase. Definitely do not suggest this product!!

It was a complete setup. I did have a complaint about the instructions that caused me to incorrectly assemble a part. I am giving it 5 stars anyway because it shortened the time it would have taken to get everything going to just a day. I am always short on time.

This item came in a quick time. Came boxed ok. I will say that the directions were not very clear but they do have a video on how to putit together so that helped. The water holder came broken. They replaced it really quick. I do like that their response time to get back was really fast. I do have to say I wish the heat and the light were on separate switches. We love the setup

Holes for the feeding trough are to big for little ckicks to feed they end up getting out. The mats are a pain to get in and out. Should come with a 2nd set to wash and exchange. The watering system is great!!! It is great however for what it is. Can definitely add more brooders as needed.

Molded parts were a bit rough but did snap together just fine. The water reservoir on the top doesn’t even key into a certain position just gets thrown up there which is slightly annoying, but doesn’t impact performance. So far nice unit though, turn key, 15 chicks seem happy with an enormous amount of space.
