It's going onto concrete is anything extra needed under the base?

It depends how flat and level your concrete is. The problem you may have is it could be difficult to get the doors to align and fit properly, unfortunately this problem doesn’t appear until the end as fitting the doors is pretty well the last job. I had to have two attempts to get them to look and fit properly.

Does the 6 x 4 include a window? The description says it does, further fown it says a skylight but the comparison table says no window? Thanks

It doesn’t have a window. It has a see though part in the middle of the roof that allows day light in.
