I love these solar crystals. You do need a sunny window - but when in the sunshine, they turn and create fantastic prisms that dance around the room. They are very pricey, mind! But as a special treat, they are magical.

This was a replacement for a very old crystal spinner that fell down and smashed. It took a while before it first worked (dull days and low sun) but when it sprang into life in the dawning sunlight it was more than worth the wait. The two crystals rotate in different directions and at different speeds, creating an endlessly varied pattern of moving prismatic light whose range is surprisingly extensive in height, width and distance.It also operates silently, unlike the old one which had a low level buzz.100% satisfied - it's on my gifting list for family and friends (already bought and given one).

I'm in love with these, as soon as the sun hits it creates a beautiful magical atmosphere. I honestly wish I could have one in every room

The colours are beautiful that shine on the wallsIf you have overhanging upper sills and drains you need to move it further down the window. Not exactly pleasing to the eye on the window!
