Hi,It is 100% polyester mesh and it filters debris bigger than .005". Helps keep the air filter clean at all times for maximum airflow.

What size in the inlet

The listing is only for the blue pre-filter not air filter. Pre-filter has nothing to do with inlet.

I've never cleaned it, I only dust it off very light with a cloth. I'm sure it can be washed off in mild soap and water.

Does this fit a Donaldson P527682 air filter?

Most likely no. That filter is larger than the ones this cover is made for in both diameter and length.
